Information we collect

When you create an account, place an order, contact support, or submit a review, we receive the information needed for those features. This may include your name, email address, shipping address, phone number, order details, and the review content or photos you choose to submit.

How information is used

We use information to manage accounts, process and fulfill orders, provide delivery updates and customer support, maintain carts, operate referral and review features, and keep appropriate transaction records. We do not sell or rent your personal information or share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Service providers and payments

Service providers process information needed to operate the store. These include Clerk for authentication, Stripe for card payments, email services for order communications, and shipping providers for fulfillment. Card details are handled by Stripe; S&S Labs Research does not store your full card number or card security code.

If you choose Zelle, your payment is handled through your bank or Zelle service. Do not send sensitive payment credentials by email. Service providers process information under their own applicable terms and privacy policies.

Account data, cookies, and browser storage

Authentication is managed by Clerk. The store uses cookies and browser storage for features such as sign-in, cart persistence, and remembering site-verification choices. Authentication and payment providers may use cookies or similar technology to operate their services and protect transactions. Clearing browser storage may remove remembered preferences or signed-in state.

Public reviews and referrals

Reviews, display names, and review photos you submit for publication may be visible to other visitors. Do not include private contact details or sensitive information in public reviews or images. Referral features use codes and order activity to determine eligibility and rewards.

Data retention and requests

Order records are retained for 7 years for legal and accounting purposes. You may contact support@sslabsresearch.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or to resolve a transaction or dispute.
